Luff was born out of my history with the family sport of sailing – odd, I know. Your sail luffs when the breeze dies down and it’s not quite in the right spot. I’ve experienced some luffs as many of us do. A luff could mean; a moment of lost direction, focus, momentum or losing ourselves along the way. These experiences may be due to stress, our family dynamic, school or work, a partnership or just life. That’s where a counsellor can come in!
Below are some of the treatment topics we see most often, although this does not fully encompass all our area's of treatment.
Depression and Anxiety
Life Transitions
Work or School Stress
Self Reflection and Realization
Relationship Issues
Intimate Partner Violence
Suicidal Ideation
Teens
Neurodivergence
